download installs version 5.0 of
e-manage. If you have a valid
support contract or are a valid trial
user, our live update application will
download e-manage version 6 within just
a few minutes after starting the
software and logging in to your
specified e-manage database.

The following files are required in
order to run e-manage version 6.0
successfully. Download and install
these files before installing e-manage
to avoid any error messages either
during installation or operation.
Note: If you are running Microsoft
Windows Vista, you need only install the
.net Framework 1.1 and 1.1 Service Pack
1. Windows Vista is the first
Microsoft Operating System to ship with
the .net Framework 2.0 pre-installed.

Crystal Reports
for .net Framework 2.0
e-manage version 6 also requires
that you install Crystal Reports for
.net Framework 2.0. You can
install the application by download and
installing the following files.
Download and install the setup program
(cr6.msi), then the hot fix.
Failure to install Crystal Reports will
result in errors when trying to print
reports, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
