shipped a serviceable item is created
using the information from the project
to eliminate any double entry.
pricing templates can be pre-formatted
for individual product types from
different vendors to charge a certain
amount per piece along with the
manufacturer's labor and parts warranty
end dates auto-populating. The
Serviceable item reuses the contacts
associated with the job that is spawning
it. The serviceable item is then
attached either to an existing agreement
with the customer, or a new agreement.
This agreement has a first proposal date
field allowing you to track exactly the
agreements you should be sending out
before it becomes too late to capture

Our human resources
package tracks all employees in your
company regardless if they are user
defined in e-manage. Employees can
use the barcode time clock for accurate
time sheet entries, while installers out
in the field can use a barcode sticker
to confirm the fact that they were at
the job(s) scheduled. Processing
of the payroll for installers using
barcodes increases the accuracy level of
your HR department as they are not
trying to read handwriting, simply
scanning a barcode an confirming hours
worked.
Employee records store the actual cost
per hour for your hourly and salaried
positions allowing e-manage to calculate
the cost of work performed on jobs and
projects that do not convert to jobs for
a true viewing of the cost of doing
business.
e-manage also keeps all documents about
each employee stored against their
record for review at any time without
searching through a file, by scanning or
attaching electronically. All
documents attached to employees have
double safeguards to ensure that only
the proper users see private
information.
An important feature of e-manage HR is
the employee review. Reviews are
setup for each employee at user defined
intervals and are based on weighted
goals set by employee/supervisor so each
employee knows what is expected of them.
During the review period, supervisors
add notes to the review at the specific
goal level to remind them of issues
(good or bad) that have come up.
At review time, supervisors fill in a
percentage of the goal met and a raise
can be automatically calculated based on
percentage of goal reached with anything
over 100% going into an optional auto
calculated bonus field.
