The e-manage web portal allows customers to communicate with your company via the internet with the same accountability and transparency as the e-manage Windows Client, and holds your customers accountable for reading the responses to their correspondence.

When a customer sends a note to a department, it is delivered with a pop-up notification within e-manage.  Your Customer Service Agent can answer back with an e-manage note which notifies the customer via e-mail and / or Text Message to their Mobile Phone.  Once logged into the web portal, the customer must acknowledge all notes sent to them before continuing into the main web page.
